This is intra court appeal challenging the judgment and dated 09.03.2021 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 6111(S/S) of 1992; Rajendra Kumar Jain Vs. M/s Scooters India Ltd. and Ors. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent who has died on 31.12.2024, is present. He says that none of the legal representatives, if any, have contacted him and he is not able to contact them. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant says that unless the learned counsel for the respondent who is no more or the legal representatives of the said respondent inform the appellant about the name and other details of the legal representatives of the deceased, the appellant is not in a position to implead anybody. The appellant's efforts to find out the whereabouts of legal representatives have not succeeded as nobody is residing at the last place of residence of the respondent herein. 5. At this stage, it is informed that the judgment of the Writ Court has been complied and the appellant - M/s Scooter India Limited has been closed down. 6. We do not see any reason to proceed any further in the matter in these circumstances.
