To issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 1(Learned Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow) to consider the decide Appeal No. 5027/2024, entitled as Arya Samaj, Ganeshganj and other Vs. Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Lucknow Region, Lucknow and others under Section 4(1-KA) of U.P. Societies Registration Act, 1860, expeditiously within time frame n the interest of justice. " 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending appeal with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
