1. Heard Mr. Rahul Tamaskar, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant.
2. The present petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:
“1.That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to MJC No. 143/2017 pending by Family Court, Rajnandgaon. ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.07.17 10:50:52 +0530

2. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set-aside/quash order dated 25.02.2021 passed by Family Court in Misc. Case No. 143/2017 143/2017 (Annexure P-1) and further be pleased to grant the maintenance as prayed in the application of the court nainte below.
3. Any other relief/ reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the sole applicant has died during the pendency of the present case, as such, the matter has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Sd/-
