Islam, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks for correction of the typographical Page No.# 2/2 mistake appearing against the name of Mokatal Hussain, who is the husband of Afina Khatun, i.e. the applicant. Ms. S. Konwar, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam submits that the same may not be a typing mistake, in view of the fact that in the affidavit filed in the writ petition, it has been indicated as “Late Mokatal Hussain”. In the copy of this Court, it is also seen that in the cause-title as well as in the affidavit, the word “Late” has been erased by using correcting fluid. Therefore, the applicant ought to have sought for correction during the pendency of the writ petition. Be that as it may, for the ends of justice, Court is inclined to allow this application for deleting the word “Late” appearing against the name of Mokatal Hussain.
