Heard Sri Har Bansh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State respondents. 2. The following prayer has been raised in the present petition:- "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 2 to 7 to forthwith restrain the opp. parties no. 8 to 14 from making construction on the land of petitioner Gata No. 393/0.032 hectare, Gata no. 3795/0.057 hectare, Gata no. 3797/0.036 hectare, and Gata No. 3802M/0.542 hectare situate at Village Jungle Dudhai alias Chehari Tappa Katra, Pargana Haveli Tehsil Sadar, District Mahrajganj. (ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opp. parties no. 2 to 7 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.5.2025 expeditiously by a speaking and reasoned order." 3. We are not inclined to interfere in the matter inasmuch as no power vests with State authorities to interfere with the possession of any individual and the only remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the competent court and seek injunction against the private respondents. Apart from above, the dispute is private in nature and a petition in this regard would not be maintainable. 4. In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.
