The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 44381 of 2023. The operative part of the order dated 12.01.2024 is reproduced below :- "4. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition by permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 alongwith certified copy of this order annexing all materials in support of its case. The respondent no.2 shall ensure that grievance of the petitioner is examined after notice to the private respondents, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of three months." Shri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, counsel representing the opposite parties has filed an affidavit disclosing that an order dated 21.03.2025 has been passed by the opposite party on the claim of the applicant. The order dated 21.03.2025 has been annexed with the affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged. The applicant is the remedy to take other consequential steps as permitted under law.
