2. The petitioner is booked under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 66D of the I.T. Act in connection with Cyber Crime No. 56/2023 registered at Vijayawada.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner had siphoned off Rs.1,80,900/- (Rupees One Lac Eighty Thousand and Nine Hundred) from the account of the informant in the pretext of booking flight tickets. The petitioner is willing to cooperate with the investigation of this case.
4. Heard Mr. P.S. Lahkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam.
5. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. I have also considered the submissions that the petitioner is willing to cooperate with the investigation. Thereby, the petitioner granted 15 (Fifteen) days interim transit bail to appear before the appropriate forum and to cooperate with the investigation.
6. The petitioner is thereby allowed to go on transit/anticipatory bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority under the condition that :- the petitioner shall appear before the appropriate authority within fifteen days and submit a petition for bail or anticipatory bail.

7. In terms of the above observation, this anticipatory bail application stands
disposed of.
