JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE ORDER 19.12.2025 1. On the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also when the case was called out, nobody turned up to appear for the petitioners. 2. In this petition, the petitioners are, inter alia, seeking a direction to the official respondents to ensure that they are not harassed by respondent No. 5 and are provided adequate protection to their life and liberty. 3. This petition came up for consideration on 5th November, 2024, when this Court directed the petitioners to place on record their authentic age proof by the next date of hearing. This Court also directed the respondents 1 to 4 to ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioners. This protection has been in existence ever since. 4. The case has been listed on several occasions, but the petitioners have failed to place on record the requisite age certificates in terms of the order dated 5th November, 2024. It is, in these circumstances, even interim order was not extended. 5. On the last date of hearing also, the petitioners chose not to appear in this petition. Today also, nobody has turned up to appear for the petitioners. It seems that the purpose for which this petition was filed has been achieved and, therefore, the petitioners have decided not to pursue this petition. 6.
