In support of the application, he submits that the respondents have imposed condition that benefit of Government Order dated 21.12.2023 would be available only upon withdrawal of the writ petition. Therefore, the petitioners seek withdrawal of the writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have not objected the said prayer. 4. Having regard to the prayer made, the application is allowed. 5. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn to enable the petitioners to seek benefit of the Government Order if admissible.
