Detenue/Mansi Patel, brought and identified by Sub Inspector Shri Ashok Kumar Yadav and Mahila Constable Ms. Urmila Devi, Police Station - Lalganj, District - Pratapgarh, is present before this Court. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Detenue/Mansi Patel stated before this Court that she has solemnized marriage with the respondent no.4 and is living happily with him. Based upon the her affidavit, which is already on record, and the affidavit of the respondent no.4, she stated that for the purposes of securing her interest, the respondent no.4 has deposited an amount to the tune of Rs.5,00,000/- in fixed deposit scheme. Detenue/Mansi Patel further stated that she does not want to go with the petitioner and wants to live with respondent no.4. The aforesaid statement is recorded.
