The petitioners have appeared for DSC-2002 selection and were qualified to hold the post of Language Pandit (Hindi) Grade-I & II. However, their cases were not considered as the Hindi Sikshak Prashikshan certificates granted to them were from institutions located outside the State of Andhra Pradesh. Later, at the instance of certain other candidates who approached APAT, by orders dated 28.01.2003, the Tribunal has directed the respondents to consider and decide the eligibility of the candidates. In pursuance to the said directions, by proceedings dated 23.05.2003, the Commissioner and Director of School Education has determined that the aforesaid certificate holders of the certificates issued by the Centers located outside the states were ineligible. The said proceedings came to be challenged in O.A.No.5147 of 2003 and batch before the Tribunal, which came to be allowed by orders dated 09.03.2004. pursuance to the same. 3, In the respondents have issued G.O.Rt.No.681, dated 03.11.2005, permitting the 2^^ respondent herein to appoint 303 candidates. The same was challenged by spme of the aggrieved persons before the Tribunal in O.A.No.7281 0? 2005. Ultimately, pursuant to the interim orders, certain posts were kept vacant and the matter was directed to be examined. 3 CGR,J W.P.No.9471 of 2025 At this juncture, the respondents have issued G.O.Ms.No.111, respondent to appoint 429 4. nd dated 28.11.2007, permitting the 2 candidates of DSC-2002 as Hindi Pandit Grade-i & II duly obtained prior to considering their certificates which were 13.12.2002 in respect of students who completed course in Karnataka centers. Later, the respondents have been considering and issuing selection orders after verification of such certificates belonging to the candidates who were qualified in DSC-2002. The petitioners are claiming parity with the said persons who have been similarly considered and submitted representations dated 23.11.2023, 21.01.2025, 12.02.2025, 24.01.2025 and 31.01.2025 to the respondents requesting for consideration of their cases, however, the said representations are stated to be pending consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice to direct the respondents to consider and pass appropriate 5. orders on aforesaid representations. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as the petitioners’ representations are pending before the 2^^^ respondent, the same will be disposed of in 6. accordance with law. if 4 CGR, J W.P.No.9471 of 2025 In view of the aforesaid circumstances, without expressing any 7. opinion on merits of the matter, with the consent of both counsel appearing for the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of respondent to consider and pass nd with a direction to the 2 appropriate orders on aforesaid representations dated 23.11.2023, 21.01.2025, 12.02.2025, 24.01.2025 and 31.01.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 8. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
