The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following reliefs: (a) To issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.3 and 4 to protect the possession and interest over the schedule land belongs to the petitioner in respect of land in Sy.No.113, extent of 4 Acre situated at Uttari Vilalge, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk. (b) to issue direction to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner before the respondent authorities which have been produced the Annexure-E & G. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that there are several judgments of this Court which clearly hold that the police is not permitted to interfere or take action on such allegation touching upon the rights of the parties in respect of immovable properties. Police protection can be granted only if there is a specific direction given by the Civil Court. 4. Upholding the submissions of the learned Additional Government Advocate, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to seek specific directions at the hands of the Civil Court.
