Public Service Commission and violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of principal in Government Junior Colleges in Zone IV and pass ” The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner’s objections submitted by representations dated 17.11.2014, 14.02.2022 and 18.03.2025 with respect to the final Integrated Seniority List of Junior Lecturers have not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner invoked jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner has narrated the sequences of preparation of professional and final Integrated Seniority List by respondents and contend that after finalizing the Seniority List, the petitioner submitted objections as stated above. The same have not been considered by respondents. 2. Heard Sri B.S.Venkata Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-ll appearing for respondents. 3. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record the written instructions dated 08.04.2024 stating that Last Integrated Seniority List referred by the petitioner was prepared on 15.06.2018, which has been 3 abjected by the petitioner by filing objection by representation dated 18.03.2025, even, if such objection is to be treated as appeal or revision, the same cannot be entertained inasmuch as after more than 3 years of communication of such seniority tist, the same cannot be interdicted with in view of circular memo dated 20.05.2004 issued by the Government. This Court is not inclined to deal with the merits of objections, in view of the fact that the petitioner has submitted representations as stated above, without exercising any opinion on merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to treat the same as appeal and dispose in accordance with law by assigning reasons within a period of eight (08) weeks. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as 5. to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand Sd/- K.
