Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 31.01.2012, whereby the survey commission report was accepted as well as the order dated 31.01.2000, whereby the revision was dismissed. 3. Considering the fact that during the stage of trial, the survey commission report has been accepted, no interference is called for. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. 5. However, it is directed that the petitioner would be liberty to lead evidence to disapprove the survey commission report. The petitioner would also be at liberty to challenge the said order when the suit is finally decided at the time of preferring an appeal.
