She submits that no ground is mentioned in the present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. and in absence of any ground, the application is liable to be dismissed. She has further submitted that at the time of filing of the application it was mentioned that the applicant was pregnant. The ground which she has taken in the petition under Section 482, Cr.P.C. regarding pregnancy is also now not available to her. It is an old matter of the year 2017. It appears that with the efflux of time this petition has become infructuous or the petitioner has lost interest to pursue the case, therefore, the petition accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated. In case the case of action survives, the applicant may file an application within 8 weeks for recall of this order, Office shall communicate this order to the trial court concerned.
