The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief(s):- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby restraining the Respondents No. 2 and 3 from taking any coercive or illegal action against the Petitioners at the behest of Respondent No. 4; b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioners to safeguard their life, liberty, and matrimonial peace." Sri S.P. Singh, learned AGA on the basis of instructions says that FIR in the matter has already been registered. On being confronted the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition with proper pleadings, prayers and evidence/documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents, if any, annexed with this petition to the learned counsel for the petitioners as per relevant Rules in this regard.
