He further submits that he would be in a position to apply for issuance of patta only on completion of survey. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents. He submits that patta is currently in the name of predecessor in interest of Petitioner and not in the name of Petitioner. 4.Upon cxonsidering the aforesaid, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, first respondent is directed to consider the request of the Petitioner for conduct of survey after providing a reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner, any other person interested in the relevant property and owners of the neighbouring lands.
