GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being troubled by respondent Nos. 3 to 6 at the behest of respondent Nos. 7 and 8. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 2nd petitioner has filed a complaint under Sections 329(4), 324(4), 115(2) r/w 79 BNS on the 2 file of the Sattenapalli Town Police Station, Palnadu District, against respondent Nos. 7 and 8 on 18.02.2025. 4. It is submitted that the 8th respondent has filed a complaint under Section 85 BNS and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act before the Narasaraopet II Town Police Station, and on 07.04.2025, a Crime No. 35 of 2025 was registered against the petitioners. It is also submitted that the said crime is a counterblast to the crime registered by the 2nd petitioner on 18.02.2025. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is disposed off by directing respondent Nos. 3 to 6 not to disturb the peace of the petitioners, leaving it open for the 2nd petitioner and respondent Nos. 7 and 8 to redress their grievances before the appropriate Court.
