This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) seeking transfer of civil suit titled “Matloob Ahmad Shah Vs. Mst. Afroza Jan and others” from the court of learned Principal District Judge, Shopian to any other court of competent jurisdiction at Pulwama. 02. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the transfer of the aforesaid suit to any other of court of competent jurisdiction at Pulwama. His statement is taken on record. 03. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the suit titled “Matloob Ahad Shah Vs. Mst. Afroza Jan, and others” pending before the learned court of Principal District Judge, Shopian, is withdrawn from the docket of the said Court and the same is transferred to the court of learned Principal District Judge, Pulwama. Learned court of Principal District Judge, Shopian, shall transmit the original record of the case to the transferee court forthwith. The transferee court upon receipt of the record, shall summon the parties and proceed further in matter in accordance with the law after issuing notices to both the parties. 04. Disposed of. 05.
