(Oral) The applicant Hammad Ali is in judicial custody in FIR No. 85 of 2024, under Sections 8/21/22/29/60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Prem Nagar, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the main accused, from whom recovery was done, has already been granted bail; applicant was named by the co-accused, from whose possession narcotic substance was recovered. 4. These factual narrations are not disputed by the learned State Counsel. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 2 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
