It is brought to the notice of this Court that further proceedings in Crime No.789/2024 has been stayed by the coordinate bench of this Court in Crl.P.No.1225/2025 and the interim order granted in the said petition, which is filed by the petitioner herein is in operation. 3. Under the said circumstances, there cannot be any apprehension that the petitioner is likely to be arrested by the respondent - Police or any other police in - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:12335 CRL.P No. 1254 of 2025 view of the interim order granted by the coordinate bench of this Court in Crl.P.No.1225/2025. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application depending upon the outcome of Crl.P.No.1225/2025, if need arises.
