According to the short counter affidavit filed by opposite party No.4, the detenue is living with her husband Arvind S/o Shri Karmraj Yadav and the marriage of detenue was solemnized on 16th April, 2025. The short counter affidavit also indicates that the marriage of detenue and Arvind solemnized on 16th April, 2025 has already been registered and this fact is also evident from the certificate of registration of marriage issued on 24.05.2025, copy of which is annexed as Annexure No.S.C.A.-2 to the short counter affidavit. The detenue who is present before this court, who has been brought by Sub Inspector Rammurti Kanaujiya and lady constable Anita of Police Station Inayatnagar, District Ayodhya states that she is living happily with her husband namely Arvind. Taking note of the aforesaid, on being confronted learned counsel for the petitioner says that present petition be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 11.06.2025 shall be released in favour of the detenue as per rules.
