Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vibhu Rai, who appears for the Nagar Nigam, Gorakhpur. 2. Challenge in the writ petition is to a notice dated 22.01.2025 which alleges encroachment by the petitioner over a rasta. It is also alleged that the petitioner has purchased land of plot No. 509 having an area of 0.471 hectare while he is in possession of 0.487 hectares of land. 3. The notice also calls for petitioner to furnish his reply within a week either through a representative or in person. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already replied to the notice. 5. Nothing further is required to be done in the writ petition. 6. In our considered opinion, the notice was for the petitioner to respond thereto which admittedly petitioner has already done, the notice, under the circumstances, has worked itself out. 7. For the same reason, we do not find any good ground to interfere in the writ petition. 8. Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
