In the Arbitration Petition, being Arb P No. 42/2025, filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, vide order dated November 07, 2025, Mr. Satish Chander, Additional Director General, Retd. MES, R/o Lane No. 4 Greater Kailash Jammu, was appointed as sole arbitrator. 03. For, the reason expressed by the appointed arbitrator, vide his letter dated December 05, 2025, that he is unable to carry out the assignment due to other prior commitments at present, CM No. 279/2026 has been filed. 04. Thus, in the given circumstances, counsel for the parties submit that the said arbitrator be substituted by another arbitrator. 05. In the wake of the position sketched out above and in terms of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present application is Sr. No. 2 allowed. Accordingly, the mandate of Mr. Satish Chander, Additional Director General, (Retd.) MES, appointed vide order dated November 07, 2025, is terminated and in his place Mr. Arvind Kumar Arora, Retd. DG Pers. MES, R/o B-333, Chitranjan Park, New Delhi-110019, (Mobile No. 8130588577), is substituted as new arbitrator. 06. The application is disposed of accordingly.
