Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with STF P.S. Case No. 21/2024, under Sections 61(2)/147/148/149 of BNS read with Sections 10/13/16/18B/20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 read with Section 12(1)(a) of Passport Act, 1967 added Section 38/39 of the UA(P) Act, Section 4/5 of the Explosive Act, Section 25/27 of the Arms Act and Section 13/14 of the Foreigners Act. It is submitted by Mr. Choudhury, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, that as per instruction of his client, he wants to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to approach the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application for bail. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application stands disposed of on withdrawal with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application for bail, which may be considered by the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.
