GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not taking any action on the complaint given by the petitioners dated 02.02.2025 and not registering the FIR. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that if the petitioners submit a fresh representation, it will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to disposed off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the petitioners to make a fresh complaint to the 5th respondent and on such receipt of complaint, the 5th respondent is directed to consider the representation, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”). 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
