The grievance of the petitioner is that his appeal filed in Appeal No.10/2019 challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent committee has not been considered and not disposed of, although the appeal was filed in the year 2019 itself. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph No.8 of the writ petition it is stated that after several hearings, in the month of March, 2023 the appeal was heard and reserved for orders by 1st respondent.
