Narcotics Control Bureau, District -Jaipur, whereby the applicant-accused was charged under Sections 8/20 and 8/29 of NDPS Act. 2. Learned counsel for applicant submits that no recovery is effected from the applicant-accused and he has been arrayed as an accused only because of the Sim used by co-accused is in the name of present applicant. However, he submits that a liberty be granted to him to file bail application after filing the charge-sheet with aforesaid liberty, he offers to withdraw instant bail application.
