GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the 6th respondent and made representations dated 15.07.2024 and 25.03.2025 to the respondents. However, there has been no action on the representations. It is submitted that the petitioner was initially implicated in a false case and that the petitioner was acquitted in C.C. No. 251 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangareddigudem. 2 2. It is submitted that the 7th respondent has filed a false complaint against the petitioner, and as such, the petitioner has filed a complaint before respondent Nos.1 to 5 seeking action against the 6th respondent, who has falsely implicated the petitioner. 3. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed off, leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the concerned Magistrate. There shall be no order as to costs.
