Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Deputy Advocate General for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this petition with the following prayers: “i) Issue a the writ of certiorari quashing order/communication dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition) issued by the respondent no.3, whereby, a direction has been issued to the respondent no. 4 to take departmental as well as legal action against the Assistant Teachers, who have obtained their D.El.Ed training from the State of Uttar Pradesh, so far as it relates to the petitioner. ii) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the consequential notice of departmental proceeding dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition) as well as the consequential proceedings pursuant thereto, which contemplate initiation of disciplinary inquiry on completely untenable and unfounded reasons, wherein a direct warning of termination from services has been issued in an atrocious manner. iii) Issue any other or further writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. iv) To award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioners.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similar notices were issued to Assistant Teachers 1 2025:UHC:11476 working in the School and the same was challenged in WPSS No.2076 of 2025 and batch and the said writ petitions were decided by the Co-ordinate Bench in WPSS No.2076 of 2025 on 01.12.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is similar to that of WPSS No.2076 of 2025 and the batch decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and as such he prays that the present writ petition may also be disposed of in the similar terms. 5. Learned Deputy Advocate General for the State does not dispute the said facts and submits that the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of order dated 01.12.2025. 6. The submissions of learned counsel for the parties are placed on record. 7. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 01.12.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench in WPSS No.2076 of 2025 and the batch. 8.
