Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the 1st respondent; Sri M.S.R. Chandramurthy, learned Special Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5; and Sri G. Srinivasula Reddy, learned counsel for the 4th respondent. 3. Sri M.S.R. Chandramurthy, learned Special Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5, has placed on record written instructions from the 3rd respondent, along with the proceedings of the 3rd respondent vide R.C.No.9/Disciplinary/FA-HR, dated 04.04.2025, by which the petitioner has been placed under temporary removal and directed to submit his explanation regarding the allegations leveled against him. 4.
