Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned counsel for the sole opposite party. 2. Present revision has been filed challenging the order dated 10.03.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitapur in Crl. Misc. Case No. 50 of 2014 (Maya Devi vs. Manoj Kumar) whereby revisionist has been directed to pay Rs. 3400/- per month under Section 125 IPC to the opposite party No.1-Smt. Maya Devi. 3. By the impugned order dated 10.03.2017, Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitapur, awarded the meagre amount i.e. Rs. 3400/- per month towards maintenance. The operative portion of the order dated 10.03.2017 reads as under:- "याची द्वारा धारा 125 दं.प्र.सं. के अन्तगर्त प्रस्तुत भरण पोषण यािचका िवपक्षी के िवरुद्ध स्वीकार करते हुये िवपक्षी को आदेिशत िकया जाता है िक वह अपनी पत्नी याची श्रीमती माया देवी को तीन हजार चार सौ रुपया प्रितमाह बतौर भरण पोषण भत्ता प्रत्येक माह की दस तारीख तक अदा करे।" 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist, however, stated that he does not want to press the revision. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as not pressed.
