The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 24.10.2024 passed by the respondent no.1-Presiding Officer, Labour Court-II. 2. By the aforesaid order a direction was given that in the facts and circumstances of the case there is no need to call upon doctor concerned for the purpose of evidence. After hearing counsel for the parties vide order dated 19.03.2025 doctor concerned was directed to submit his explanation/report regarding certificate issued by him. Pursuant to the aforesaid a report has been submitted before this Court according to which aforesaid doctor has already died. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, since doctor has already been died hence there is no need to pass any order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
