Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State/opposite parties and perused the record. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer (s) :- "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of cancellation of income certificate of the petitioner along with all other consequential order after summoning the original from the opposite parties. (ii). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the opposite parties to provide the joining in reference of appointment letter dated 05.04.2025 and pay honorarium to petitioner accordingly. (iii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the opposite party no. 3 and 5 to decide the representation of the petitioner." Admittedly, the remedy of appeal is provided against the order of cancellation of income certificate. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. It is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order of cancellation of income certificate. In case such an appeal is filed, the same shall be decided by a reasoned and speaking order, most expeditiously.
