This Court in C.R.P.(PD) (MD) No.996 of 2021, dated 27.03.2025, held that the quasi-judicial authority is not entitled to file an appeal or revision against an order passed by him or by the appellate authority in an appeal filed against an order passed by such quasi-judicial authority and further issued directions to the Registry of this Court not to entertain and number civil revision petitions filed by such quasi-judicial authorities.
