If the petitioners appears before the court concerned case of each petitioner will be considered individually especially taking into consideration individual overt act of these petitioners. 3. The court will consider as to whether the non-bailable sections i.e. 109(1), 121(2), 132, 117(4) of the BNS on the facts related to the overt act of the petitioners can be applied against each of the petitioners or not. Further the court will also consider whether for the same offence and same occurrence multiple cases have been filed or not. Only after considering all these aspects the trial court will pass an appropriate order, considering the status of the other accused persons. 4. These anticipatory bail applications are allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
