JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 05/05/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that this writ petition be disposed of with direction to the Assistant Commissioner, Devsthan Department, Ajmer to conclude the [2025:RJ-JP:18850] (2 of 2) [CW-5240/2025] inquiry which is being conducted by him under Section 23 of the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959 within time bound period. It is apparent from the order dated 25.03.2025 that an inquiry is being conducted by Assistant Commissioner, Devsthan Department, Ajmer in respect of changes in the executive body of the trust. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, Assistant Commissioner, Devsthan Department, Ajmer, who is respondent No.1 in this writ petition, is directed to complete the inquiry within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the affected persons.
