Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 18.09.2025 from the Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh alongwith order dated 05.09.2025, in terms of which, benefit on the analogy of Mohit Sharma and Anr. Vs. State of H.P. and others2 has been extended to all the petitioners except petitioners No.47 to 60 and 102.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that consequential arrears due to the remaining petitioners in terms of the aforesaid office orders shall be released by the respondents within six weeks.

Taking note of the aforesaid office instructions and office orders as also the submissions made by learned Additional Advocate General, this execution petition to stand disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of their surviving grievances, including against the consideration orders passed by the respondents, in accordance with law.
