He alleges that there are encroachments in the petition mentioned survey numbers. Seeking its removal, this writ petition has been filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel on written instructions submitted that survey was already conducted and that it has been confirmed that there are encroachments.
