Shome, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners, namely, (i) Onkar Singh (ii) Paramjeet Kaur, have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Moran P.S. Case No. 52/2025, registered under Section 108 of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the meantime, the petitioner No. 1 i.e. Onkar Singh has been arrested. The prayer for pre-arrest bail with regard to that petitioner have become infructuous, his name may be struck off. 4. Accordingly, the petiitoenr No. 1 is struck off. 5. The present accused No. 2 is the mother of the main accused Onkar Singh who was granted regular bail today by this Court in another bail application. It is submitted pursuant to grant of interim bail to the present accused on 19.06.2025, she has appeared before the I.O. and her statement has been recorded. 6. In the given circumstances, it would be appropriate to make her interim absolute. Accordingly, interim pre-arrrest bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.06.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – that she shall co-operate with investigation and she shall not hamper or tamper Page No.# 3/3 with the investigation. 7.
