The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order of suspension dated 16.05.2025, whereby fair price shop license of the petitioner was suspended. 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that an appeal lies against the said order in terms of the Government Order dated 05.08.2019. 4. Upholding the said objection, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
