This is a petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience and non- compliance of the judgment dated 3rd July, 2025, passed by this Court in CCP(D) No. 53/2023 read with order dated 2nd December, 2021, passed in OWP No. 971/2015. 02. The respondents have filed the latest status report dated 19th August, 2026. The respondents have also appended Annexure-II, which is the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Shopian. A perusal thereof would show that the respondents have paid an amount of Rs. 15,42,400/- in respect of the remaining 16 Marlas of land acquired from the petitioners. 03. In view of the order dated 25th July, 2026, there remains nothing further for adjudication in this contempt petition.
