The argument of the petitioner is that the subject school, namely Zamin Kolangkondam Nadar Higher Secondary School, has not only been degraded but has also incapacitated the school agency from functioning. 3. That apart, it is submitted that the election to the society was recently concluded and Form 7 was also approved. However, the impugned Show Cause Notice has been issued at the instigation of the Principal, who is likely to retire by 30th of this month, who had taken no interest in the welfare of the school. 4. Having considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents, I am of the view that the present Writ Petition is premature, as the petitioner has only 3/7 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.16890 of 2025 challenged the Show Cause Notice. 5. It is open for the petitioner to reply to the Show Cause Notice, as the school is now under the management of the petitioner’s Society, which will now, in turn, appoint the school committee. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to reply to the Show Cause Notice, although the Show Cause Notice has been made answerable to the outcoming Principal of the school. 6. It is made clear that no adverse action shall be taken against the Society or the School, without hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the fourth respondent with the reply, if any, positively by 07.07.2025. The fourth respondent shall thereafter endeavour to pass final order by 25.07.2025. 7.
