Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant would like to amend the cause-title of the connected writ petition wherein the respondents have been wrongly arrayed. Referring to paragraph No.4 of the application, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the correct respondents to be arrayed in the connected writ petition have been provided therein. Learned counsel further submits that by making such correction, the nature and character of the writ petition would not be changed. Mr. A. Phukan, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department has no objection to the application. In view of above, the present interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
