(Oral) The applicant Sohail is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No. 162 of 2021, State of Uttarakhand v. Aas Mohammad and others, pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Laksar, District Haridwar, which is based on Case Crime No. 422 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 504, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that co-accused Javed and Irshad both have been granted bail and the co-accused Intzaar, Julfukar @ Chhota, Imran, Aas Mohammad and Shokat Ali have also been granted bail by the orders passed today on 28.11.2025; the applicant has the similar case because the applicant is in custody for a long similar to the co-accused Javed, Irshad, Intzaar, Julfukar @ Chhota, Imran, Aas Mohammad and Shokat Ali, who have been granted bail. 2 4. Learned State Counsel admits this factual narration. 5. Having considered the period of incarceration of the applicant and other attending factors, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The applicant shall not approach the injured, the family members of the deceased either personally or through any of his relatives or through any other mode.
