This Court, vide order dated 03.01.2024, passed in MCRC No. 8871 of 2023, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Mohammad Naushad Raain had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on two occasions also, this Court had granted extension of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 time for compliance of the order dated 03.01.2024. 4. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raigarh, District-Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 11.03.2025 has requested for grant of 15 days time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case, the prosecution evidence has concluded and the accused's examination was scheduled for March 12, 2025. However, due to the Holi and Government Holidays from March 14 to 16, 2025, the trial could not be completed within a prescribed time therefore, he prays for grant of further 15 days time for concluding the same. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
