Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hoshiarpur, They are aggrieved by the order dated 02.07.2025, whereby their evidence was closed except the cross-examina"on of PW-2 Inderjit Kaur. 2. Learned counsel submits that a<er se=lement of the issues on 03.08.2023 as per Annexure P-4, affidavits of PW-1- Sahibjeet Singh and PW-2-Inderjit Kaur were tendered on 01.02.2024. Later on, ma=er was adjourned for exploring the possibility of se=lement. As the se=lement could not take place, the ma=er again proceeded for cross-examina"on of witnesses. Learned counsel submits that cross-examina"on of PW-2-Inderjit Kaur has already been concluded, but the trial Court has closed the evidence for cross-examina"on of PW-1. 3. Learned counsel submits that pe""oners only want to cross- examine PW-1- Sahibjeet Singh and no other evidence is to be led. Learned counsel requests for only one opportunity for this purpose. 4. Trial Court shall fix a date for the purpose of cross- examina"on. This order is subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- as cost, payable by way of a demand dra< in favour of the respondents-defendants.
