GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 5th respondent at behest of 6th respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and also interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. 2 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the 6th respondent has filed a complaint against the petitioner and for the purpose of investigation, the 5th respondent has visited the site and has also ascertained that there are civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 6th respondent . It is submitted that the petitioner and the 6th respondent were at quarrel and the 5th respondent has counseled both the parties and suggested them to maintain peace and if any disputes are there, they have to redress the same before the appropriate civil Court. 4. Recording the same, the 5th respondent is directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute, without following due process of law. 5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 6.
