The claim of the petitioner for financial approval has been rejected vide impugned order dated 21.02.2019 passed by respondent no.3, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, on the ground that there was no prior approval for appointment on a Class III post. 3. This aspect of the matter has already been considered by this Court in Writ Petition No.932 (SS) of 2012 in re: Deepak Kumar Singh vs. State of U.P. and others, decided on 20.05.2019, wherein it has been held that any appointment made without prior approval of the competent authority is vitiated in the eyes of law. 4. Keeping in view the aforesaid judgment in the case of Deepak Kumar Singh (supra), no case for interference is made out. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 23.7.2025 A.
