The petitioners are accused for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 334(1), 317(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and have not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. There is alleged recovery of some stolen articles from the houses of the petitioners. The said articles cannot be said to be stolen ones as those are commonly found in every household. The petitioners are in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 05.04.2025 and they also undertake to cooperate in the trial, hence they may be given the privilege of regular bail.
3. Learned APP opposes the petitioners’ prayer for bail.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, considering the materials available on record as well as keeping in view that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 05.04.2025, I am

2 inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.75 of 2025.
